A couple of weeks ago the ice started to melt around here, but before it could finish the sun came out for a couple of days. And this is what happened. Totally cool! Ok back to the grind stone.

I could see this happening from the interstate where the big sioux river had gone down. But found a spot I could walk up to in a different area.
