Did you know the most well known bromelaid is the pineapple. Yeah neither did I, but I’m infatuated with this plant so I decided to look it up. I loved the flower when I bought it, now it’s got little purple and deep pink sprouts coming out. Ok so those are supposedly flowers as well and apparently after they flower they start a dying process that can last up to 3 years. Not cool.
Any here is mine in the flowering stage.
