Joe + Sarah: Gregory, South Dakota Wedding

I figured I had better catch up on my wedding blogging. Joe and Sarah got married in January in Gregory, SD and we traveled down to photograph their wonderful wedding. Everyone was so great, the family and the friends. These two were wonderful together and could tell they were bonded in so many ways. The ceremony was very emotional and deep I enjoyed watching and capturing their connection during that and the rest of the day. Here are the images.

A little getting ready action. Joe and the guys got ready at Stukels Lodge, also where we stayed, it was a great place!

Sarah got ready over by the church, loved her non-traditional boots. Perfect for a winter wedding in SD.

The ceremony, like most of our couples Joe and Sarah waited to see each other at the altar. I love this. Here is Sarah and her dad coming down the aisle.

I love when I can get a good angle from the altar and see the couple as they face forward.

And the reception was at I think the American Legion (could have been a VFW), either way they did a great job drapping it with gausamere and making it look nice. All of the different expressions. Love, joy, excitement, connection. Each dance being it’s own special moment.

I love it when everyone hits the dance floor.
